My Role:

As a 0-to-1 project, I led the end-to-end process from conducting initial user research and surveys to executing in-depth interviews. I translated these insights into wireframes and created prototypes, to iterate based on direct user feedback to ensure a user-centered solution.

The Problem

Based on previous market research, young UK professionals struggle to manage their finances effectively due to:

Our solution was a mobile app designed to tackle the specific barriers to financial wellness for young professionals.
